By accessing or using CodeNear's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our services.

Services

CodeNear provides custom software development services including web and mobile application development. All projects are governed by separate service agreements.

Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and deliverables created during a project remain the property of CodeNear until full payment is received. Upon final payment, rights transfer to the client.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Respond promptly to requests
• Not misuse our services or intellectual property

Limitation of Liability

CodeNear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for services.
